  1. MTR Malls “Instant Win Lucky Draw” (Promotion) is held by MTR Corporation Limited (香港鐵路有限公司).
  2. Shoppers must download the latest “MTR Mobile” mobile application (if shoppers fail to download or open the app, “MTR Mobile” may not be supported by this mobile phone device) and sign up as Registered Users with a valid email and mobile number. Each valid email address and mobile number can be registered once only. Users should download and update to the latest mobile version and operating system from time to time, otherwise users may not be able to use eCoupons.
  3. Registered users of MTR Mobile App must allow the App to access the camera function of the device to use eCoupons. The setting can be modified in “Settings > MTR Mobile > Allow access to Camera”.
  4. Electronic spending includes credit cards, EPS, Octopus, Alipay, WeChat Pay, BoC Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Union Pay QuickPass, Tap & Go live rewards, Faster Payment System (FPS), Payme, OpenRice Pay or other stored value facilities under the regulatory supervision of the “Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance” (Cap.584). Each valid transaction should be a combination of an electronic receipt and corresponding electronic payment slip issued on the same day. For certain electronic spending, shoppers may need to provide the record from their mobile device or credit card for verification purposes.
  5. The promotion period is from 21 June to 20 July 2024 (both days inclusive). All transactions eligible for the rewards must fall within this promotion period. 
  6. MTR Mobile registered users are required to register and successfully earn MTR Points with a machine-printed sales receipt (each receipt representing a single transaction) and corresponding electronic payment slip (if applicable) or screencap of the electronic payment transaction of the transaction made within the promotion period. The registration must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of the eligible transaction (as per the date stated on the machine-printed receipts) or no later than 11:59pm on 21 July 2024. Each eligible receipt can be used to earn an instant win chance ONCE. Each MTR Mobile registered user is entitled to a maximum of 10 instant win chances within the entire promotion period. No limit to the number of draws each day. The last draw will take place on 25 July 2024, at 4pm.
  7. The “MTR Points” obtained during the promotion period must be used by 30 November 2024. The redeemed eVoucher must be used at the designated merchant before the specified expiry date.
  8. All prizes are randomly drawn and immediately shown on the game page. Participants will need to follow the instructions to redeem the prize via MTR Mobile App.
  9. All records from the MTR system are the only official and correct version.

  11. The MTR Malls Designated Categories eCoupon worth HK$100 is applicable to participating merchants of Fashion, Kids Wear, Shoes & Bags, Sports, Optical, Beauty, Watch & Jewellery and Electronic & Telecommunication and LOUDER Physical store at THE SOUTHSIDE only. Each eCoupon can only be used upon net spending of HK$300 or above. A maximum of 10 eCoupons can be used each time. Different types and values of eCoupon cannot be used at the same time. The eCoupon(s) will expire on 4 August 2024.
  12. The MTR Malls Dining eCoupon worth HK$100 is applicable to participating dining merchants at THE SOUTHSIDE only. Each eCoupon can only be used after 5pm, upon net spending of HK$300 or above. A maximum of 10 eCoupons can be used each time. Different types and values of eCoupon cannot be used at the same time. The eCoupon (s) will expire on 4 August 2024.
  13. Personal information is collected for the use of this Promotion only.

  15. All prizes are non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash, other goods or services in any circumstances.
  16. THE SOUTHSIDE will not bear any responsibility in any case of network problems, system malfunctioning, poor phone reception, blocking by third party applications, incomplete/ inaccurate/ missing information provided by customers or software incompatibility problems that prevent customers from entering the game page or using MTR Mobile App to join the Promotion.
  17. Each mobile number can only be registered by one MTR Mobile registered user. The mobile number submitted for registration must be authentic and valid. Duplicate registration of the same mobile number by the same individual or by any means to hack and/or amend computer software to redeem or spend eCoupons will not be accepted. THE SOUTHSIDE and merchants shall have the absolute right to refuse any eCoupon(s) of such registered user. THE SOUTHSIDE also shall have the right to, without any prior notice, immediately suspend or terminate such membership, forfeit all credits earned and terminate redemption qualification including those eCoupons and eCoupons already redeemed at merchants. THE SOUTHSIDE shall bear no responsibility for any loss or damages arising from redeeming or using eCoupons improperly.
  18. This promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of the MTR Points Scheme. Should there be any discrepancy, these terms and conditions shall prevail.   19. In case of any disputes, the decision of THE SOUTHSIDE shall be final.
  20. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
